Please read the following Deposit agreement and Information below BEFORE you make your deposit...

To hold a Hoglet you must make a deposit. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE should you cancel. Your remaining balance is due in cash or postal money order at time of pick up. Hoglet selection by the deposit holders is held at 5 weeks of age (unless you are making a deposit on a specific Hoglet from the Nursery). Detailed pics, color, pattern, gender, pricing info and your pickup date will be emailed to each deposit holder. Selections will be made in order of deposits paid and final selections are due within 2 days. If we do not recieve your final selection after a reminder email, we will move onto the next deposit holder in line and your deposit will be forfeited. Hoglets are ready for their new homes at 6-8 weeks of age or once they are fully weaned from their mother. Pickups dates are Saturdays between 2 & 4pm. Should you be unable to make the pickup date, we will hold your Hoglet for one week. All other arrangements must be agreed upon in writing by or BEFORE the final selection date at hedgehogranch@yahoo.com.

Hedgehog Ranch REQUIRES all new owners have the following minimum requirements PRIOR to the pickup date:

90 Quart (or larger) tall Rubbermaid type tub

(W/O the lid or a like cage with at least 2.5 sq ft of floor space and at least 1 feet tall)

Non-toxic bedding & animal friendly sanitizer for cage, wheels, food bowls & water bottles

Water bottled placed no more then 2” from the top of your bedding & food dish

12” solid surface exercise wheel (no mesh or wire)

A hide large enough for your Hedgie to easily fit in and move around

"Purina Naturals plus Viatamins & Minerals" staple diet, a variety of fresh fruits, vegtables or  greens, fresh water.

In addition, by placing a deposit you agree to provide the following care for your Hedgie:

Weekly bedding changes and sterilizing/washing of the cage, food dish, water bottle, hide & toys

Baths, foot baths and nail trimmings as needed

Vet visits as needed and all costs

Daily interaction and play to ensure proper socialization

Fresh water, "Purina Naturals plus Vitamins & Minerals" staple diet and a variety of fresh fruits, greens and veggies.

Our Guarantee:

Hedgehog Ranch offers a 18 month replacement guarantee on all our Hedgies against WHS. A written diagnosis and necropsy is required by a licensed "exotics" veterinarian with documentation stating the cause of death was WHS within 18 months of your Hoglets birthdate. Selections may be made from our next available litter on any like Hoglet (of equal or lesser value).
